OnePlus 5T with lots of new features With Bigger screen, New Camera and Headphone Jack

OnePlus launched its very end smartphone on this Thursday, the OnePlus 5T, at a special event that was live streamed online. OnePlus 5T is coming just a few months after the launch of the OnePlus 5.

The 5T updates some of its predecessor’s hardware. If we are talking about the looks this is same as its predecessor.

OnePlus 5T has a 6-inch optic AMOLED display, slightly larger than the Oneplus 5 which is 5.5-inch, and the resolution has been also increased up to 1080×2160. It has a Quad HD display which is first ever smartphone by the company.

The design is little improved as important are the new narrow bezels on the sides, and the fingerprint scanner moved to the back side of the device.  In addition, the smartphone has lost its buttons on the bottom. Gesture is the only way you can use your device or the soft buttons, something not everyone will be happy about. For music lover it has also 3.5 mm headphone jack.

You can notice a biggest change with the rear camera on this device. It’s keeping the same dual camera from its predecessor with a new focus on low-light photography and portrait mode. It has a 16MP as well as a 20MP sensor on the rear, both f/1.7 with a 27 mm focus.

If we are looking around the performance side, everything unchanged. It has the same as the OnePlus 5 like 2.45Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 octa-core processor and 8GB of RAM, with an Adreno 540 GPU and 128GB of internal storage.

However, there is also a another version with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage

One of the big new feature to this device is something OnePlus is borrowing from Apple. Face Unlock, as it’s called, just look at your OnePlus 5T to unlock it with 99 percent accuracy. The company is quick clear it’s for unlocks only, its won’t work as a biometric password for your apps.

On the software front, OnePlus disappoints by not managing to ship with Android 8 Oreo. The OnePlus 5T will ship with Android Nougat 7.1.1. The device will run on a 3300mAh battery, witha Dual nano SIM slot, with the same Dash Charge available on the forerunner.

The OnePlus 5T will be on sale in India, Untied States and Europe starting on November 21st this year. priced at ₹32,999, $499 and  €499,  respectively, for the 64GB model. 128GB will push those prices up to ₹37,999, $559 and €559.
