The complainant approached High Court in connection of case of seduction and threatening. It is to be noted here that on the petition of complainant, Punjab and Haryana High Court on Tuesday issued a show cause notice to Kapurthala SSP as to why contempt proceedings should not be initiated against him for the intentional disobedience of the (earlier) Court order.

In 2015, Mittal had lodged a complaint against Radhe Maa, she was alleged of hurting religious sentiments, threatening and other offences under IPC. Seeing no action of his complaint he approached the High Court.

Mr. Mittal also claimed that despite the reminding to the police about the court order, they have taken no action against Radhe Maa.

The incidents involving religious leaders for wrong reasons have been trending on social networking sites and this case will add to the ongoing discussions of such powerful people misusing their position and might. Police is all set to file an FIR against Radhe Maa after the High Court’s directive.
